*The two asterisked Archives Days are part of an attempt we are making to digitise as much of Didsbury’s archives as possible. We will be inviting people to come along with their old photographs, documents etc and we will scan them into computers and show people how the items can be electronically indexed. It is hoped these electronic archives will then be available in Didsbury Library.*
Civic Society Executive meetings are held on the second Monday of every month at 19.30 in the Parish Lounge of Emmanuel Rectory (6 Barlow Moor Road). Members are very welcome to come along if they wish to bring up specific concerns, or to contribute, or just observe a meeting.
